  1. Covid pandemic has impacted almost everyone and yoga and meditation are some of the best ways to heal the inner self. Well I’ve also researched and came up with some centres that provide amazing Services, you can have a Look if u feel like to

  2. I have been to a few of these places mentioned above and justice is done with the way each place is described but I one more place deserves to be added to the list and that is The Beach house, Goa. It is a wonderful resort located in South Goa at a place called Sernabatim. The resort is in a secluded location but the environment is pretty safe. As a lady I am very particular about the location, the staff of that place and the safety and I must say I could check my boxes on all three criteria’s. I just love doing yoga and if that is combined with a beautiful view of the beach, I don’t know about anyone else, but I loved it. It was the most refreshed I have been in a while.
