Day 3 marks your transition to the regal hues of Jaipur, immersing you in its royal heritage and architectural wonders. The next phase of your 10 days North India package takes you through a captivating route from Jaipur to Agra on Day 5, with a stop at the UNESCO-listed Fatehpur Sikri, a testament to Mughal artistry.

As the journey unfolds, Day 7 offers a unique blend of history and architecture, taking you from Agra to Orchha and then to the temple town of Khajuraho. Itinerary Details

Day 1 :Arrive in Delhi

Welcome to India !!!!! Upon arrival at Delhi, transfer to the hotel for accommodation.

Day 2 :Delhi Sightseeing

Breakfast. Today we go out to visit the old Delhi , visiting the largest mosque in India, the Jama Masjid and the Raj Ghat , incineration place of Mahatma Gandhi, which serves as a memorial. We will take a walk through the markets and bazaars of the colorful Chandni Chowk.

Lunch at a near restaurant. In the afternoon we will visit the new part of the city. We will go to the impressive and imposing Qutub Minar , we will see the Gateway of India and we will tour the government buildings, the Parliament area and the Presidential Palace.

Finally, we will visit the Sikh Guruduwara Bangla Sahib Temple , which will help us learn more about Sikhism. At the end of the visits, we will return to the hotel for accommodation.

Day 3 :Delhi - Jaipur

Breakfast. We leave the capital to go to Jaipur, about 270 kilometers, in a journey of about 5 hours.

En route, we visit the Samode Palace , where we will have lunch. This palace is located about 42 kilometers from Jaipur. It dates from the eighteenth century and is Rajput-Mogola architecture.

In 1985 he was converted into a hotel, which has meant that his conversation has been very good since then. The hall of mirrors stands out in the building. In the afternoon, we arrive in Jaipur for accommodation.

Day 4 :Jaipur Sightseeing

Breakfast. Early we will go out to see Amber Fort . It is a classic Rajasthani palace, from the Kachwaha dynasty. We will climb the fort on elephant back .

For some years, there is a very strict regulation on the use of elephants for the ascent to the fort, limiting the daily walks that each animal can give, so if the daily quota has already been covered we will go up to the fort by jeep.

In the afternoon, we will visit the Royal Palace in the city , which mixes Rajasthani and Mughal architectural elements. Finally, we will visit the Jantar Mantar , the astronomical observatory.

After the visit, we will return to the hotel.

Day 5 :Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra

Breakfast. We leave for Agra, where we will arrive in the afternoon. Along the way, we will make a stop in the abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri, built to be built in red sandstone by Emperor Akbar. In the afternoon, arrival at the Agra hotel for accommodation.

Day 6 :Agra

Breakfast. In the morning, we will know the symbol of love par excellence, the Taj Mahal, a set of buildings built by the emperor Shah Jahan in the seventeenth century.

The most famous building is the main one, the mausoleum built for the rest of the emperor’s favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal, who died during the delivery of his fourteenth son. The whole set is characterized by its perfect symmetry , only broken by the position of the Emperor’s tomb, next to that of his wife.

Next, we will visit Agra Fort , from where, according to legend, the emperor spent the last years of his life observing the mausoleum from a distance. In the afternoon we will visit theMother Teresa’s house and we will have free time to make purchases.

Day 7 :Agra - Jhansi - Orchha - Khajuraho

Breakfast. We leave for the train station to take the Shatabdi Express to Jhansi, from where we continue by road to Khajuraho, visiting on route Orchha, ancient princely capital that has palaces and temples built by the Bundela rajput family between the 16th and 18th centuries.

Upon arrival in Khajuraho, transfer to the hotel. Khajuraho is known for its Kamasutra temples, Hindu architecture, and erotic details that decorate them.

Day 8 :Khajuraho - Varanasi (By flight)

Breakfast. We visited the famous temples of the Chandela dynasty, dedicated to sex and eroticism. Of the 85 temples that were, currently 22 of them remain standing.

Afterwards, we will go to the airport to take a flight to Varanasi, one of the holy cities of Hinduism, consecrated to Shiva, and the most important pilgrimage center in the country. In the afternoon, we will enjoy an Aarti ceremony .

Day 9 :Varanasi

Enjoy a boat ride along the River Ganges in the early morning. Then, visit Akhara to see traditional martial arts. Morning tour of Varanasi includes a visit to the sacred Ghats. Visit the holy shrine of Kashi-Vishwanath, also known as the Golden Temple, and Bharat Mata Mandar, a simple temple dedicated 'Mother India. Continue on to Sarnath where you will find important Buddhist sites. Visit the Dhamekha Stupa and the Archeological Museum. Also, see the Chaukhandi Stupa. Evening, attend Varanasi aarti on Varanasi's bank of River Ganges.

Overnight stay at Varanasi

Day 10 :Varanasi - New Delhi (By flight) - Departure

After breakfast and then go to the airport to fly to Delhi, where we will connect with our overnight flight back to your country.
