Cubbon Park, Bangalore

Cubbon Park is spread over a sprawling 300 acres and is a major sightseeing attraction. A park is an ideal place for nature lovers to take a peaceful walk. The park is home to a 6000 variety of plants and trees and houses a vibrant ecosystem. It is named Cubbon after Lord Cubbon who initiated the rising of the park. The park also houses a few significant structures such as the Atta Kacheri, Seshadri Iyer Memorial Park, Bangalore aquarium, etc.

How to reach Cubbon Park

The park is situated in the heart of the city is very accessible from important areas of Bangalore such as MG Road and Kasturba Road. You can reach the place by hiring a cab or a more economical option would be to use the KSRTC bus which drops you very close to the park. If you plan to drive your own vehicle to the park, you would not have to worry because the park has ample parking space.
