Tour Overview

One of the most well-known tourist destinations in India is Central India. Central India includes the state of Madhya Pradesh, commonly known as the heart of Incredible India. It is the site of countless temples and antique structures.

Several travel itineraries have been designed in Central India that provide incredible sightseeing and are famous with either honeymooners or other vacationers. Gwalior, Orchha, Khajuraho, Sanchi, Bhopal, Ujjain, and other tourist sites in Central India

Itinerary Details

Day 1 :Arrival in Delhi

After your arrival at Delhi international airport, our representative will greet you and transfer them to the hotel. 

Walk through the hotel to get a feel for the ambiance of India when you can.

Day 2 :New Delhi & Old Delhi Sightseeing

Amazing India is waiting for you to discover. After breakfast, We'll guide you to the Jama Masjid, an extensive mosque with a rich history that spans over 360 years, and stunning gates. Then, a rickshaw ride to the old market in Chandni Chowk will help you to discover the old-fashioned way of life in the city. 

Then, we'll take a drive through the famed Red Fort to visit a UNESCO World Heritage site - Humayun's Tomb which is a stunning garden tomb that set off an exciting new style of Mughal mausoleum design. 

On the next visit, we will be able to appreciate another historic site which is Qutub Minar. Then, we will take photographs of the symbol India Gate, President's House, Parliament House & Government Secretariat Buildings. 

Then, we'll go to some of the well-known places of worship for the Sikhs the Gurudwara Bangla Sahib.

Day 3 :Delhi to Agra (235 km 3-4hrs)

Transfers to Agra after breakfast. After arrival in Agra a quick refresh in the hotel, we'll take you to Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal. Seven Wonders of the World, Taj Mahal, the exquisitely-designed mausoleum is both a stunning illustration of Mughal architecture and an eternal witness of the love between the Shah Jahan to his precious wife Mumtaz Mahal. 

Agra Fort, another architectural marvel left behind to us by the Mughal Empire, is a stunning example of both stunning facades in vibrant red, as well as stunning palaces within.

Day 4 :Agra to Gwalior by Train (200 km 2 hours)

After morning breakfast board the train continues on to Gwalior. As soon as you arrive, our driver will pick you up and take you to the hotel. After check-in and relax then, we'll explore the 19th-century Jai Vilas Palace, special because of its outstanding European-style architectural styles.

 Then, we'll visit our next destination, the Tomb of Tansen and the Tomb of Gaus Mohammad in order to admire the beautiful stone structures and experience the respect of a king for the magnificent people. 

The next stop is the huge Gwalior Fort comprising numerous artistic temples water tanks, palaces, and temples.

Day 5 :Gwalior to Orchha (122 km 3 hours) and Sightseeing

After breakfast, we'll travel to Orchha. The first stop on the itinerary is the 17th-century Jahangir Mahal decorated with turquoise tiles and Timurid-style domes. 

Also, make sure to go to The Raja Mahal, a royal palace that has a lot of exquisitely preserved murals. The walkway on the top platform is more spacious and quiet which gives you an even better panorama of Orchha.

Day 6 :Drive from Khajuraho (173 km, 4.5 hours) & Explore Khajuraho

A private vehicle will bring you to Khajuraho the city of ancient times that is famous for its elaborate erotic temple complexes, which are adorned with vibrant and fascinating sculptures. 

A guided tour gets you through the famous Hindu temples that comprise those in the Western Group of Temples, comprised of Kandariya Mahadev Temple, Mahadev Shrine, Lakshman Temple, etc. 

We'll then head for Chaunset Yogini Kali Temple that is famous for Lord Vishnu's sculpture that has three heads.

Day 7 : Khajuraho to Bhopal and Sanchi

While driving to Bhopal, en route we will visit Sanchi the magnificent Sanchi Stupa, an ancient Buddhist stone structure dating from around the third century BC. 

It is awe-inspiring to see the ancient structures, with intricate carvings and hemispherical surfaces. Overnight stay at a hotel in Bhopal.

Day 8 :Excursion Bhimbetka Bhojpur & Bhopal City Tour

After breakfast, we'll take a trip to the well-known archaeological site called the Bhimbetka caves in which you can discover the first human life recorded in the cave paintings that date back to around 30000 years ago. 

Then, we'll visit the Bhojpur temple, which is a Hindu temple constructed over 1000 years ago. Then, we'll return to the sightseeing of Bhopal city, including the massive 19th century Jama Masjid, also known as Taj-ul-Masjid with its imposing 18-storey minarets, extensive ground, as well as Bharat Bhavan to learn about the vibrant artistic styles of India.

Day 9 :Bhopal to Indore with stopovers at Ujjain (246 km 5hrs)

On the route to Indore, We will take the opportunity to visit Ujjain which is a city that is with a wealth of cultural treasures that is highlighted by the Mahakali Temple with the varicolored statue of the goddess Mahakali. 

The gorgeous Vishnu temple is located in Gopal Temple, Kaal Bhairav Temple, which is adorned with Malwa-style artwork, the red Mangalnath Temple, the holy Harsiddhi Temple decorated with Marathan-style columns, and Ram Ghat, one of the most beautiful ghats in Shipra River, all these are sure to please your eyes as well as your heart.

Day 10 :Indore to Mandu with stopover in Maheshwar (138 km, 3.5 hrs)

Today after breakfast we start Indore city sightseeing. We start our trip with Rajwada Palace, which combines Mughal and European architectural styles, as well as Lal Bagh Palace, the residence of the Holkar's rulers. We will then visit many temples, such as Bada Ganpati temple, Kanch Mandir and Khajrana Temple. 

After that, we'll take an excursion to Maheshwar to explore two huge complexes: Kaleshwar and Ahileshwar each well-known for their scale along with the intricate designs. Arrive in Mandu in the afternoon.

Day 11 :Mandu to Jalgaon (244 km 5hrs)

After breakfast, we'll begin your tour of the historical heritage sites in Mandu. The first stop is the 15th-century Jama Masjid built in the typical Mughal style. Then, we'll go to the more 500 years-old Roopmati's Pavilion featuring stunning courtyards and observatories that provides a beautiful panorama. 

The next step is to relax in the serene surroundings that surround Rewa Kund Reservoir. We will then end the tour by observing the 16th-century Baz Bahadur's Palace which is located next to the tranquil tank. We'll travel to Jalgaon and check into the hotel.

Day 12 :Jalgaon to Aurangabad with Ajanta Caves Sightseeing (160 km 4hrs)

After breakfast, we'll begin a trip into the cut-outs in the rock Buddhist Grotto complex Ajanta Caves (closed on Mondays) that is in existence for over 2000 years. 

The beautiful reliefs, sculptures, and frescos can provide an understanding of the depth of Buddhism throughout India. In the evening, we'll proceed to our final destination Aurangabad.

Day 13 :Aurangabad Sightseeing with Ellora Caves

After breakfast, we start the day with visit Ellora Caves in the morning. The over 30 sacred grottoes and a plethora of rock-cut sculptures and carvings that date back from the 6th to 10th century provide a fascinating tour of various faiths that include Buddhism, Hinduism, and Jainism. 

Then, we'll back travel to Aurangabad and take a tour of the 340-year-old Bibi Ka Maqbara. an incredible water mill that was built in the past which is situated between Panchakki as well as the Aurangabad Caves.

Day 14 :Aurangabad to Mumbai (By Flight)

After breakfast, catch an early flight to Mumbai after which we'll provide the airport-hotel transfer service in both directions. 

After you have settled in, you are free to hang on to take in the enchanting bazaars and streets of Mumbai.

Day 15 :Mumbai Sightseeing - Departure

We'll visit the most important places to see within Mumbai today. In Mumbai, the Hanging Gardens is seated on the summit of Malabar Hill, along with its adjacent Kamla Nehru Park, which will refresh you in the morning. 

Then, we will visit the historic location Mani Bhavan dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, Prince of Wales Museum with ancient paintings along with historical descriptions, Gateway of India, and Dhobi Ghat. To make a change, we continue on The Marine Drive to enjoy the coastline views. A walk around the gorgeous Flora Fountain and Crawford Market will conclude the day.

After that in the late evening or in the night, our driver will take you to the airport. Journey ends. We hope you had a wonderful experience with us!
