Tour Overview

Jaipur is one of the most historical, beautiful, and culturally rich cities of India, founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. Jaipur was designed in accordance with Hindu architectural theory (Vastu Shastra). Its archetypal architecture is Jaipur's main attraction. Many of the forts and monuments in this city are world-renowned. Jaipur is known by the name Pink City since the structures here are built from pink-painted sandstone.

Bikaner is a blossoming beauty in the Thar desert with its vibrant deserts, fabulous forts, and desert safaris. Bikaner has the best riding camels in the world and is appropriately known as "Camel Country". Tourists can enjoy the historical and religious side of Bikaner. Apart from its historical sites, the city is a favorite destination for food lovers due to its delicious snacks.

The word ‘Jaisalmer’ literally means ‘the Hill Fort of Jaisalmer’, Jaisalmer is popularly known as the "Golden City" and is one of the most famous destinations in Rajasthan due to its location. It is situated in the middle of the Thar Desert.

Jodhpur, also known as the Sun City, is one of Rajasthan's most popular tourist destinations. Its name originates from the sun, which shines year-round in the royal city. Jodhpur is famous for its blue houses. This location provides visitors with a stunning backdrop of forts, palaces, and temples, making it a popular tourist destination.

Itinerary Details

Day 1 :Jaipur - Arrival and sightseeing

On arrival at Jaipur Airport/ Railway station, Tusk Travel representative will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel after freshen up proceed to sightsee of Jaipur city.

Start the day with a visit to Birla Temple, one of the biggest temples in the city. Afterward, you will visit Nahargarh Fort to marvel at its historic architecture.

Make your trip complete with a visit to Chokhi Dhani. Here, you can enjoy authentic delicacies and watch live cultural performances. Later return to your hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 2 :Jaipur: Discover the historical wonders of the city

On this day after delicious breakfast start a full day of exploring the historical wonders of Jaipur. Upon arriving at Amber Fort, enjoy an elephant ride to reach the main courtyard.

From here next, visit Jaigarh Fort, which is famed for having the largest cannon on wheels in the world. Then the next attraction is the magnificent Hawa Mahal, located in the heart of the old city.

Later, visit the popular jewelry market, Johari Bazar. In the evening return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3 :Jaipur to Bikaner: (335 Kms/ 5.5 Hrs)

On your Rajasthan trip for 7 days, after a toothful breakfast, start to drive towards Bikaner. In the afternoon, drive almost 30 km to visit Karni Mata Temple known as the rat temple.

You will feel a unique experience where rats are considered sacred. Once the temple visit is over, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4 :Bikaner to Jaisalmer: (330 Kms/ 6 Hrs)

After breakfast, start driving to Jaisalmer. Upon reaching “Golden city” check-in at the hotel and refresh before going for sightseeing, then proceed for local sightseeing of Jaisalmer.

Start with visiting the magnificent fort Sonar Kella, built in the 12th century. Next visit the magnificently and beautifully carved Havelis of Patwon ki Haveli, Salim Singh ki Haveli and Nathmal Ki Haveli.

Then spend some time relaxing in the evening at Gadisar Lake. Return back to the hotel. Stay Overnight at Jaisalmer.

Day 5 :Jaisalmer: To the golden sands

Morning post breakfast, get ready for Jaisalmer desert tour to the Thar Desert. Begin your desert tour with a visit to Bada Bagh before heading to the sand dunes.

You will reach Sam Sand Dunes by evening, take a Camel Safari and enjoy an exciting experience later you will have the pleasure of a lovely sunset in the Jaisalmer desert.

Return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6 :Jaisalmer to Jodhpur: (290 Kms/ 5 Hrs)

On day 06 of your Rajasthan trip wake up early and have a delicious breakfast, checkout from the hotel and start to drive to Jodhpur. Upon arrival check-in, relax before sightseeing. Start with exploring majestic Mehrangarh Fort, one of the largest forts in the country.

Mehrangarh Fort is known for its carved walls and large courtyards. Mehrangarh Fort organizes the World Sacred Spirit Festival every year in February, a fascinating historical musical tour. Then visit Jaswant Thada, The architecture of the tomb is breathtaking, and will appeal to anyone who loves architectural masterpieces.

Later visit Museum Umaid Bhawan Palace restores the belongings of the Maharaja and the royal family. After lunch, you can visit Sardar Government Museum and the next visit. Mandore Gardens and in evening visit for Shopping at Old City Clock Tower great place to shop for sweets, silver, textiles, and handicrafts. Later return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 7 :Jodhpur - Departure

On the last day of 7 days Rajasthan trip After breakfast, check out of the hotel Afterwards, proceed to the airport to board the flight/train to your hometown with sweet memories of the trip with Tusk Travel.
