Tour Overview

You will visit Old Delhi, the Taj Mahal in Agra, as well as the highlights of the pink city of Jaipur, all of which are part of this two-week journey. In addition to the Golden Triangle, you will also see Ranthambore, Jodhpur, and Udaipur.

Itinerary Details

Day 1 :Arrival in Delhi

Once you arrive in Delhi, our representative will meet you and accompany you to your hotel.

You are free to enjoy the remainder of the day as you wish.

Day 2 :Delhi

After breakfast, Explore Old Delhi by rickshaw and see the local trade through Chandni Chowk before visiting the Jama Masjid. Visit Gandhi Smriti, where the Father of India spent the last days of his life and was assassinated.

You'll explore the Qutub Minar, one of the world's tallest brick minarets, and Humayun's Tomb, the first garden-tomb on the subcontinent. Several major architectural innovations were inspired by it, culminating in the Taj Mahal. Visit a colorful Hindu temple - Laxmi Narayan Temple - to gain insight into the local religion.

Day 3 :Delhi - Agra

After breakfast, once you have left Delhi, head to Agra, about 4 hours away. Check into the hotel and have a comfortable rest. In the late afternoon, visit Mehtab Bagh, or the Moonlight Garden, for a wonderful view of the Taj Mahal.

Agra Fort is a massive red sandstone fortress built in the 16th century that was once home to the Mughal emperors. The architecture, courtyards, and gardens transport you back in time. The Baby Taj is the tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah.

Day 4 :Agra - Ranthambore

We will drive about six hours to Ranthambore National Park. On the way, we will stop at Fatehpur Sikri.

This is a building complex that dates from the earliest days of the Mughal Empire. It exhibits both Muslim and Hindu influences in its architecture.

Day 5 :Ranthambore National Park

Your first jeep safari will begin this morning in Ranthambore National Park. This is one of the finest places in India where you can observe wild tigers in their natural jungle habitat.

It is one of the best places in India where you can see wild animals. In the afternoon, you will embark on your second jeep safari, which will take approximately 3 hours to complete. Return to your hotel for lunch.

Day 6 :Ranthambore - Jaipur

Early in the morning, you will be taken for your third Jeep Safari. As soon as you check out of the hotel, you will depart for Jaipur via a four-hour drive.

Once you arrive in Jaipur, you will have the remainder of the day to spend at your leisure. You can choose to stay in the hotel or explore the city on your own.

Day 7 :Jaipur

You will be taken by jeep to the entrance of Amber Fort, a famous Indo-Islamic fort. It contains the famous Sheesh Mahal, also known as the Palace of Mirrors, and is one of the finest examples of Indo-Islamic architecture in India. At Nahargarh Fort, you can get a bird's eye view of the Pink City, and then return to the city in your car.

A photo opportunity can be had at the front facade of the pink Hawa Mahal, also called the Palace of the Winds. The tour concludes with a visit to the City Palace as well as the Jantar Mantar.

Day 8 :Jaipur - Pushkar

After breakfast, drive about 3 hours to Pushkar. The word "Pushkar" means lotus flower, which is said to be the seat of Brahma, one of the Hindu holy gods.

Visit the Brahma Temple, the unique temple dedicated to Lord Brahma in India, upon your arrival.

Day 9 :Pushkar - Jodhpur

When you arrive in Jodhpur, you will have to drive about 4 hours to get to your hotel. Once you check-in, you will be able to relax a bit.

You will then be taken on a jeep safari to the rural Bishnoi Village where you will be able to witness wildlife in its natural habitat and experience the traditional lifestyle of the locals.

Day 10 :Jodhpur

You will visit the impregnable Mehrangarh Fort in the morning, a huge complex standing on a hillside with a breathtaking view of the blue city. You will continue your tour to Jaswant Thada in the afternoon, which is built from elaborately carved marble sheets and is often referred to as the Taj Mahal of Marwar.

It is recommended that you take a stroll through the narrow alleys of the city to the Clock Tower and then take a stroll around the surrounding markets that are full of textiles, silver, and handicrafts in the afternoon.

Day 11 :Jodhpur - Ranakpur - Udaipur

On your way to Udaipur by car, about 6 hours away, take the time to visit the Ranakpur Jain Temple. There are 1,444 pillars in this temple, which makes it a beautiful structure that is carved in stone.

You will have the opportunity to explore the temple on your own while accompanied by an audio guide. Check into your hotel upon arrival and spend the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 12 :Udaipur

Stroll through the local bazaar to visit Jagdish Temple, an incredibly beautiful temple with intricate carvings.

Continue the tour with the City Palace, and then unwind with a 1-hour shared motorboat ride on Lake Pichola.

Move towards the Garden of the Maids of Honour and the Folk Art Museum.

You will pass by Fateh Sagar Lake when driving back to your hotel.

Day 13 :Udaipur - Delhi, Departure
