Cola Beach Goa

Cola beach is in the Canacona vicinity of South Goa, 31.1 kilometers from Margao, using the MDR41 and the MDR49. It is 9.6 kilometers from Agonda seaside, every other popular destination for tourists within the south, and 15.7 kilometers from Palolem, beside the south. The Cola seashore is 9.8 kilometers south of the Cabo de Rama castle. Cola is one of the hidden seashores in Goa, a marvel of nature this is still undiscovered by most vacationers. It stays secluded for 12 months. This is a perfect place for a pleasant, enjoyable excursion in Goa. Cola is an ideal preference to get away from the crowded seashores and the hustle and bustle of metropolis existence.

The beach is coated with trees and hills, particularly within the north and south. There is nature all around. There are a few rocky outcrops in the center. The beach is genuinely divided into North Cola and South Cola, with a small hill keeping apart the two. North Cola seashore is 800 meters long, while South Cola at 145 meters is an awful lot smaller. There is a small river (Cola) that creates a lagoon inside the northern aspect; that’s why Cola seashore is regularly known as Khola seashore.

The river and its lagoon offer Cola seaside a unique landscape, unique from maximum different seashores in Goa. There are very few resorts and accommodation options right here and just a few seashore shacks, keeping Cola’s serenity intact. With so few travelers, the seaside is continually very clean. The water, too, is pristinely beautiful.

While Cola seashore (or Khola beach, as noted regionally) may seem like another simple stretch of golden sand, its USP is the freshwater stream that winds its manner down to the sea. This Blue Lagoon has become quite a draw with travelers now, although it changed into continually famous with the locals. The movement itself is calm and serene, flanked by lush, swaying coconut palms and hilly terrain, making it a photographer’s delight. The sea at Cola itself isn’t quite safe for swimming, given that the seabed dips unexpectedly and the eddies can trap you unawares. But the lagoon is a success with kayakers, and the seashore itself is quite sufficient to be able to relax and spend a night’s time looking at the stars.
