Detailed Itinerary
Arrive at Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi and transfer to your hotel.
If time permits, enjoy a cyclo ride around the Old Quarter.
Overnight: Hanoi
Full day city tour in Hanoi. Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, Ethnologic Museum, West Lake, History Museum, Hoan Kiem Lake, and enjoy a water puppet show.
Overnight: Hanoi
Travel to Ninh Binh for a boat ride in Tam Coc. Visit Hoa Lu ancient capital.
Return to Hanoi for dinner, then take the night train to Lao Cai.
Overnight: On the Train
Arrive in Lao Cai and transfer to Sapa. Visit Sapa Market and embark on a trek through local villages and mountainous landscapes.
Overnight: Sapa
Leave Sapa for Bac Ha Market. Explore the colorful ethnic market and visit local villages.
Overnight: Bac Ha
Depart Bac Ha, passing through scenic mountains to Hanoi.
Option to visit Coc Ly or Can Cau market.
Overnight train back to Hanoi.
Arrive early in Hanoi and refresh at a hotel. Drive to the Perfume Pagoda and enjoy a boat trip on the Yen River.
Visit the pagodas and grottoes. Drive back to Hanoi for overnight stay.
Travel to Halong Bay for a boat trip, exploring the limestone islands and caves.
Enjoy a seafood lunch and swimming. Return to Halong for overnight stay.
Drive back to Hanoi with a visit to Bat Trang ceramic village. Explore the village and observe the traditional pottery making. Free time in the afternoon in Hanoi.
Overnight: Hanoi
Free time in Hanoi until transfer to Noi Bai Airport for your departure flight. End of the tour.
