On this seven-day trip from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, you'll learn about Thailand's unique heritage. Beginning in Bangkok, go to Ayutthaya and Sukhothai to tour the country's ancient places, then to the Golden Triangle to see the attractions, and lastly to Chiang Mai, a lovely archaeological site with magnificent shrines.

After breakfast take the Half-day excursion tour to enjoy the most important places in Bangkok: we start with Wat traimit temple, an ancient temple whose golden exterior houses the golden Buddha statue largest massif in the world. Passing through China Town, we continue to Wat Pho, the great royal temple complex that houses a 46-meter-long Reclining Buddha and the chedis (tombs) of the kings.
We finished the tour by visiting the Grand Palace, one of the most beautiful examples of the Siam courts. Formerly it used to be used as the residence of the kings of Thailand.
Today after breakfast. Proceed to sightsee in the extraordinary archaeological park of Ayutthaya. We visit the most representative temples: Wat Chaiwathanaram and Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, impressive places to discover.
In the afternoon we leave for Lopburi, one of the oldest cities that exist in Thailand, to reach the spectacular, as well as fun, Temple of the Monkeys (Prang Sam Yod - The Sacred Pagoda), which has Khmer origin and dates back to the 13th century.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
Then we continue our journey to Phitsanulok, the provincial capital and the ideal destination for lovers of natural beauty.

Breakfast. We continue the visit to the Sukhothai Historical Park. Then we will visit (optional bicycle) the great White Buddha of Wat Sri Chum (Temple of the Sacred Tree), the hand of which, covered with gold leaf and resting on his knee, is venerated with great fervor by the locals.

Breakfast. This morning the more than popular Wat Rong Khun or White Temple awaits us, a very original contemporary Buddhist temple. After that, we visit “Sop Ruak”, a local name that receives the famous Golden Triangle. This is the meeting point between Laos, Burma, and Thailand, and from the top of a hill, we will enjoy magnificent views over the Mekong River and its tributary Ruak, which geometrically divides, in the shape of a triangle, the border between the 3 countries.
Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, we leave for Chiang Mai by road in a journey of approximately 3 hours. Arrive and transfer to the hotel. Night accommodation in Chiang Mai.
Breakfast. At mid-morning we will visit the orchid farm and its butterfly farm.
Lunch at the orchid farm. After lunch, visit the Elephant Sanctuary And The Village Of Giraphy Women. In the afternoon, transfer to the Chiang Mai train station, to take the train to Bangkok. Accommodation by train.
