This 13 Days India, Nepal & Bhutan Tour is a well-balanced multi-country journey designed for international travellers who want to experience three distinct Himalayan and South Asian cultures in one itinerary. The tour begins in Delhi, where Mughal monuments, colonial avenues, local markets and old city lanes introduce travellers to India’s rich history and daily life.
From Delhi, the journey continues to Agra to visit the world-famous Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. The India section then moves to Jaipur, Rajasthan’s Pink City, known for Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal and colourful craft bazaars.
After India’s Golden Triangle, the tour continues to Kathmandu, the cultural heart of Nepal. Here, travellers explore ancient temples, Buddhist stupas, royal squares and living traditions around Kathmandu Valley. Highlights include Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa.
The final part of the journey takes you to Bhutan, one of the most peaceful and culturally preserved destinations in the Himalayas. In Paro and Thimphu, travellers experience monasteries, dzongs, prayer flags, traditional architecture, mountain valleys and Bhutanese Buddhist culture.
The tour ends with the option to visit the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery in Paro, one of Bhutan’s most famous landmarks. This India, Nepal and Bhutan itinerary is ideal for travellers who want a compact but meaningful journey through monuments, temples, palaces, Himalayan landscapes and spiritual traditions.
Arrive at Delhi International Airport, where our representative will meet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is kept relaxed after your international flight.
Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a short orientation walk near your hotel or simply rest before beginning the journey.
After breakfast, explore Old Delhi with a visit to Jama Masjid, the lanes of Chandni Chowk and a drive past the Red Fort.
Later, visit New Delhi landmarks including India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Early morning, visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise. Return to the hotel for breakfast and then drive towards Jaipur.
En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, the former Mughal capital. Continue to Jaipur and check in at your hotel on arrival.
After breakfast, visit Amber Fort, one of Rajasthan’s most impressive forts. Later, explore City Palace, Jantar Mantar and the famous Hawa Mahal for a photo stop.
In the evening, visit Jaipur’s colourful bazaars known for textiles, jewellery, blue pottery and handicrafts. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
After breakfast, travel from Jaipur to Delhi Airport for your flight to Kathmandu, Nepal. On arrival, meet your local representative and transfer to the hotel.
The evening is free to relax or explore Thamel, Kathmandu’s lively tourist district known for cafés, shops and local restaurants.
After breakfast, begin your Kathmandu sightseeing with Kathmandu Durbar Square, a historic royal square known for temples, courtyards and traditional Newari architecture.
Continue to Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, offering wide views over Kathmandu Valley. Later, visit Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa, two of Nepal’s most important spiritual landmarks.
Today, explore more of Kathmandu Valley’s cultural heritage. Visit Patan Durbar Square, known for its fine temples, palace courtyards, metalwork and traditional Newari crafts.
Depending on timing, you may also visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, one of Nepal’s best-preserved medieval towns. Return to Kathmandu for overnight stay.
After breakfast, transfer to Kathmandu Airport for your flight to Paro, Bhutan. On a clear day, the flight offers beautiful Himalayan views.
On arrival at Paro Airport, complete immigration formalities and meet your Bhutanese guide. Drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital city. After hotel check-in, enjoy a relaxed evening in the town.
After breakfast, explore Thimphu. Visit Buddha Dordenma, a large hilltop Buddha statue overlooking the valley, followed by Memorial Chorten and Tashichho Dzong.
Later, visit local craft centres, the Folk Heritage Museum or traditional textile workshops to understand Bhutanese art, architecture and daily culture. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
After breakfast, drive back to Paro. On arrival, visit Paro Rinpung Dzong, one of Bhutan’s most impressive fortress monasteries.
Later, visit the National Museum and enjoy free time in Paro town. The evening is ideal for exploring local shops, cafés and handicrafts before the final full day in Bhutan.
After breakfast, begin the hike to Taktsang Monastery, popularly known as the Tiger’s Nest. This cliffside monastery is Bhutan’s most iconic landmark and one of the most rewarding experiences of the tour.
The hike usually takes several hours depending on fitness level and pace. After the visit, return to Paro and spend the evening at leisure.
After breakfast, transfer to Paro Airport for your onward flight. Your India, Nepal and Bhutan journey ends with memories of India’s monuments, Nepal’s temple culture and Bhutan’s peaceful Himalayan landscapes.
