This 15 Days India & Sri Lanka Tour is designed for international travellers who want to experience two of South Asia’s most culturally rich destinations in one well-planned journey. The tour begins in Delhi, where Mughal monuments, colonial landmarks, bustling bazaars and old city lanes introduce travellers to India’s layered history and daily life.
From Delhi, travel to Agra to visit the world-famous Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. The India section then continues to Jaipur, Rajasthan’s Pink City, known for Amber Fort, City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, royal architecture and colourful craft bazaars.
The journey then moves to Varanasi, one of India’s oldest and most spiritual cities. A sunrise boat ride on the Ganges, temple areas, old lanes, Sarnath and the evening Ganga Aarti offer a deep insight into India’s living spiritual traditions.
After completing the India section, fly to Sri Lanka, an island nation known for Buddhist temples, colonial cities, tea landscapes, wildlife, tropical beaches and warm hospitality. The Sri Lanka journey begins in Colombo, where modern city life blends with colonial buildings, markets, temples and coastal views.
Continue to Kandy, Sri Lanka’s cultural capital, home to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, lake views, traditional dance and nearby tea country. The tour ends in Bentota, a relaxed beach destination where travellers can unwind beside the Indian Ocean after a culturally rich journey through India and Sri Lanka.
This itinerary is especially suitable for travellers from Europe, Africa, Australia, New Zealand and other long-haul markets who want a balanced South Asia journey combining India’s monuments and spirituality with Sri Lanka’s temples, landscapes and beaches.
Arrive at Delhi International Airport, where our representative will meet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is kept relaxed after your international flight.
Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a short orientation walk or spend the evening at leisure.
After breakfast, explore Old Delhi with visits to Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk and a drive past the Red Fort.
Later, visit New Delhi landmarks including India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Early morning, visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise. Return to the hotel for breakfast and then drive towards Jaipur.
En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, the former Mughal capital. Continue to Jaipur and check in at your hotel.

In the evening, enjoy Jaipur’s colourful bazaars known for textiles, jewellery, blue pottery and handicrafts. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
After breakfast, transfer to Jaipur Airport for your flight to Varanasi. Flight may operate direct or via Delhi depending on the schedule.
On arrival, check in at your hotel. In the evening, visit the ghats of the River Ganges and attend the Ganga Aarti ceremony.
Early morning, enjoy a sunrise boat ride on the River Ganges and witness daily rituals along the ghats. This is one of the most memorable experiences in North India.
Later, explore the old city lanes, temple areas and local markets. Visit Sarnath, where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon after enlightenment. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Colombo, Sri Lanka, usually via Delhi or another major Indian gateway depending on the schedule.
On arrival in Colombo, meet your local representative and transfer to the hotel. The evening is free to relax after the international flight connection.
After breakfast, explore Colombo, Sri Lanka’s capital city. Visit Gangaramaya Temple, Independence Square, Galle Face Green, Pettah Market and the colonial-era Fort area.

After breakfast, drive to Kandy, Sri Lanka’s cultural capital. En route, you may visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage or a spice garden, depending on the final travel plan.
On arrival in Kandy, check in at your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Kandyan cultural dance performance.
After breakfast, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of Sri Lanka’s most important Buddhist sites. Later, explore Kandy Lake, local markets and the Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya.
The afternoon can be used for a tea experience or a relaxed walk around Kandy’s scenic lake area. Overnight stay in Kandy.
After breakfast, drive to Bentota, one of Sri Lanka’s best-known beach destinations. The journey takes you from the hill country towards the island’s tropical southwest coast.
On arrival, check in at your beach resort. The rest of the day is free to relax by the sea.
Enjoy a relaxed day in Bentota. You can spend time on the beach, enjoy the resort facilities or take an optional boat safari on the Madu River.
Optional visits can include a turtle conservation project or nearby coastal villages. Overnight stay in Bentota.
After breakfast, drive back to Colombo. Depending on the schedule, you may stop at Galle Fort or enjoy a relaxed coastal drive before reaching Colombo.
On arrival, check in at your hotel. The evening is free for shopping, dining or a final walk along the seafront.
After breakfast, transfer to Colombo International Airport for your onward flight.
