Detailed Itinerary
Your day starts with an early morning flight from Mumbai to Delhi. A representative will receive you at the airport and assist you to your private car for the drive to Agra via the Yamuna Expressway. On reaching Agra, begin your guided visit to the Taj Mahal, a monument celebrated worldwide for its marble craftsmanship and romantic history. Spend time exploring its serene gardens and intricate details, while learning its fascinating story.
After visiting the Taj Mahal, stop for lunch at a local restaurant (optional).
Next, proceed to the Agra Fort, a magnificent Mughal stronghold built in red sandstone. Walk through its palaces, courtyards and viewing points that overlook the Taj Mahal. Your guide will explain the fort’s role in Mughal history and its architectural evolution.
