Tour Overview

Familiarly known as the temple town, Gangotri is one of the prominent destinations of the Char Dham Yatra. The town is renowned for its 18^thcentury Gangotri temple.

Besides the town is known for many adventure trails such as mountain climbing, boulder-hopping, rock climbing, and glacier traversing. Moreover, trekking trails to Nandanvan, Gamukh, and Tapovanfrom Gangotri are the best spots for trekking to experience.

Starting from Delhi the tour includes Haridwar, Uttarkashi, destinations and finally, you will reach Gangotri. Overall the tour itinerary is scheduled for 4 nights and 5 days.

Itinerary Details

Day 1 :Delhi – Haridwar

After arriving at the Delhi Railway station or airport, you will get driven to Haridwar. Later you will check-in to your hotel and get a refresh.

In the evening you can visit Har-Ki-Paurifor Ganga Aarti. After seeking the blessings of Ganga Aarti, get back to the hotel and have your dinner. Enjoy the overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 2 : Haridwar – Uttarkashi

By Morning, get pack your bags and drive straight to Uttarkashi. Located on the banks of the river Bhagirathi, Uttarkashi is a pleasant destination.

The town is well-known for its historical monuments. After rounding up all the historical attractions of Uttarkashi get back to the hotel. Enjoy the overnight stay and dinner.

Day 3 :Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi

Waking up early morning and complete your breakfast at the hotel and start your drive to Gangotri. Located amid Garhwal Himalayas at an altitude of 3048mts high, Gangotri is a holy place to visit.

After arriving in Gangotri, get purify your soul and body by taking a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges. Then take a visit to the prominent Gangotri temple and seek the blessings of Goddess Ganga.

Later, start your journey back to Uttarkashi. At last, enjoy the dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 4 :Uttarkashi – Haridwar

By early morning start your drive to Haridwar. Then check-in to your hotel and enjoy the night.

Day 5 :Haridwar – Delhi

After a pleasant morning, explore the streets and sightseeing in Haridwar. Then pack your bags to reach Delhi.

Once you arrive in Delhi you will get dropped at your designated railway station or airport for your happy journey.
