Tour Overview
This is a two day tour where you can explore the entire Mumbai city. This city reclines on Mumbai Island which is situated off the Konkan coast of western india. Mumbai is described as ‘The City of Dreams’, ‘The City that Never Sleeps’ and ‘The City of Seven Islands’.
Visitors have much to explore in Mumbai. Being the most shining industry of the country, it includes many slum areas or dhobi ghats. Mumbai feels pride to offer home to all. Besides all these, this city offers the ‘Dabbawala’ or the lunchbox carriers which are really amazing ones in the city.
Later explore top attractions of Mumbai. Mumbai is famous for its great tourist attraction known as Elephanta Caves. It is situated 10 km away from the Gateway of India in the city. The house rock-cut temples of these caves belong to 5th century CE.

Detailed Itinerary
After pickup, this tour starts at Churchgate Railway Station where you can see the Dabbawallas moving from one place to another. After this, proceed with the city tours.
On this tour, come across so many attractive places like the Gateway of India, Victoria Terminus, Taj Mahal Palace, the Municipal Building, Chowpatty Beach, Hanging Garden, Marine Drive, Nariman Point, etc.
Later, explore Dhobi Ghat which is a 140-year-old place where you can get your clothes washed in Mumbai’s biggest human-powered washing machine. Afterward, travel to Dharavi to take a 1.5-hour walk inside this area.
The trip completes with the drop-off.
Arrival & sightseeing in Mumbai.
Our tour guides will pick you from your location in Mumbai. From Gateway of India, travel by boat to Elephanta Caves. It will be a one-hour ride to reach Elephanta Island, where you can enjoy a quirky 2-minute toy train ride.
Get a view of the rock art linked to the religious group of Shiv at Elephanta Caves. You will have one hour to explore the caves, including sculpted images of Kalyansundara, Ardhanriswara, and Gangadhara.
Later, spend 20 minutes in the Elephanta Island village. Next, take a boat ride back to Gateway of India where the tour ends.
Get dropped off back at the hotel.
