“Eco-Adventure Park” is set to open this week in Southwest Delhi

Delhi The city is set to get an eco-adventure tourist park which will include the first-ever staycation facilities in the city featuring 20 air-conditioned cottages. The Delhi government’s Department of Tourism created the park to improve nighttime tourism and offer a rural experience’ for Delhiites. According to the reports, the park is located near the outskirts of Southwest in Delhi’s Kanganheri Village near Najafgarh.

Also known as Haritima adventure eco-tourism park it covers an area of over 16 acres. It will be open to the public on Wednesday. In relation to this, an official with knowledge of the park said that the primary goal behind the park is to draw visitors closer to the natural world and give visitors a rural experience. If people visit this park it won’t be like they’re living in Delhi according to him.

According to reports, while there is no cost for visiting The park throughout the daytime The cost for staying in the cottages will cost INR 5000 per day for 2 guests and will include food and pool choices. People who are interested can reserve the cottages online or offline as well. In addition to the staycation option, the department of tourism has also created a “village” that will offer a rural feel to visitors. The village will include mini-farms where visitors can observe the farming process. Beyond that additional amenities like heated pools, games in the indoor heated pools for the community as well as a fitness center and WiFi for free.

It will provide adventurous activities like zip-lining, boat rides, and climbing on walls, among others. Officials said that other activities like kayaking and canoeing will begin in the next few days.
