Detailed Itinerary
Arrive at Almaty International Airport and meet our representative for your private transfer to the hotel. After check-in, relax and enjoy your first evening in Kazakhstan’s winter city atmosphere.
Depending on your arrival time, you may visit a nearby café, enjoy a short walk, or explore a shopping area.
Overnight stay in Almaty.
After breakfast, start your Almaty city sightseeing with Panfilov Park and the beautiful Zenkov Cathedral. In winter, the park and cathedral surroundings offer a peaceful and photogenic atmosphere.
Continue to Green Bazaar to experience local food culture, dry fruits, sweets, spices, and winter snacks. Later, visit Kok Tobe for panoramic views of Almaty and the surrounding snow-covered mountains.
The evening is free for shopping, cafés, or relaxed local dining.
Overnight stay in Almaty.
After breakfast, drive to Medeu, a famous high-altitude sports complex surrounded by mountains. The winter scenery here is one of the main highlights of an Almaty snow holiday.
Continue by cable car towards Shymbulak Ski Resort. Enjoy snow views, mountain cafés, viewpoints, and optional winter activities depending on weather, availability, and your interest.
Return to Almaty in the afternoon. The evening is free for leisure.
Overnight stay in Almaty.
After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Charyn Canyon, subject to road and weather conditions. The canyon looks dramatic in winter, with quiet landscapes, crisp air, and beautiful rock formations.
Explore the famous Valley of Castles and enjoy photo stops around the canyon. If weather or road conditions are not suitable, the day can be adjusted with additional Almaty sightseeing, shopping, cafés, museums, or a relaxed leisure plan.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on your flight time, enjoy last-minute shopping, coffee, or a short local visit.
Later, transfer to Almaty International Airport for your onward flight.
