Detailed Itinerary
Start early with a pick-up from your hotel in Delhi. Drive toward Agra via the Yamuna Expressway, a smooth journey of 3–4 hours. Upon arrival, your guide will take you to the Taj Mahal, the world-famous symbol of love. Learn about its history, architectural features and the story behind its creation by Emperor Shah Jahan for Mumtaz Mahal.
After exploring the Taj Mahal, you may stop for lunch at a local restaurant in Agra (optional).
Continue your journey to Fatehpur Sikri, located about an hour from Agra. Explore Akbar’s magnificent sandstone capital, including the Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid and the Tomb of Salim Chishti. Your guide will explain the fascinating history of this once-thriving Mughal city.
After sightseeing, drive back to Delhi and get dropped at your hotel in the evening, concluding your same-day Taj Mahal & Fatehpur Sikri tour.

- The balance is payable 15 days before the tour or upon arrival in India, if agreed in advance.
- Payments must be made using the official bank or secure payment details provided by Tusk Travel.
- International transfer, card-processing and currency-conversion charges are payable by the traveller.
- 60 days or more before arrival: 10% cancellation charge.
- 59–30 days before arrival: 20% cancellation charge.
- 29–15 days before arrival: 25% cancellation charge.
- 14–8 days before arrival: 50% cancellation charge.
- 7 days or less before arrival, or no-show: 100% cancellation charge (no refund).
- Issued flight, train, permit and special-event bookings may be non-refundable.
