5 Days - Haridwar Rishikesh Mussoorie Tour from Delhi

On the first day of the tour, you will meet our tour representative when you arrive in Delhi. You will drive to Haridwar city that is bequeathed with the pious Ganga River, holy Ghats and admired temples. Haridwar city is regarded as a major spiritual center in India. This mythical city is considered as the residence of the Hindu Trinity, that comprises of Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, and Lord. Shiva. Due to the presence of the three Gods, this city is called the Gateway to God.

Looking at the divine experience provided by this place, devotees come from all parts of the world to take a dip in pious rivers in this holy city. It is believed to attain salvation and reach heaven afterlife. On reaching Haridwar, you will check-into the hotel and visit Har-Ki-Pauri to take a dip bath and witness a blissful ‘Aarti in the evening. After having breakfast in the hotel, you will drive back to Mussoorie city. This city is developed by the Britishers in 1823. The architecture of its libraries, churches, summer palaces, and hotels leaves people spellbound. On arriving at Mussoorie city, you will check-in at the hotel. Your dinner and overnight stay are planned in Mussoorie.

After having a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel, you will spend the entire day sightseeing in various places in the city. You will visit Gun Hill, that is recognized as the second highest peak of Mussoorie. People can use the ropeway to reach this peak. It provides beautiful scenic sight of snow-clad down the valley, and Himalayan ranges. Later, you will visit another popular place in Mussoorie called the parkland of Sir George Everest.

This place provides a stunning view of nearby peaks and valleys. In the evening, you will stroll down on Mall road. It is a kind of assembly of the road that takes you back into the British era. With an abundance of hotels, shops, and restaurants, you will find a century-old Methodist church too. You will return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

After having breakfast, you will proceed to another very famous sacred city, Rishikesh. The city lies in the foothills of the Himalayan range. It is the backdrop for Yogis who contemplate on the shores of the holy Ganga river. Rishikesh is famous for various attractions that you are going to cover on this tour. Some of them are Laxman Jhula, shrines, Ghats, and ashrams.

On reaching Rishikesh, you will check-in at your chosen hotel and also participate in the evening Aarti at Ghat at Geeta Bhawan. The specialty of this place is that here Hindus come in large numbers to take a dip in the sacred river and obtain blessings from the river Ganga. Overnight stay is planned in Rishikesh.

After breakfast in the hotel, you will leave for Delhi Airport to catch a return flight back home.
