This 9-day Central India tiger safari links Pench, Kanha and Bandhavgarh in one practical route from Nagpur to Jabalpur. The focus is on repeated wildlife drives, comfortable inter-park transfers and enough time in each reserve rather than rushing through the forests.
You spend two nights in Pench, three nights in Kanha and three nights in Bandhavgarh. Multiple drives improve the overall safari experience, although tiger and leopard sightings remain completely natural and can never be guaranteed.
Pench introduces the journey with teak forests and open grasslands, Kanha adds sal forest and meadow habitats, and Bandhavgarh finishes the circuit with a very different mix of forest, grassland and rocky hills.
Safari permits are limited and controlled by the forest departments. Gate, zone, vehicle and timing depend on availability, so the final number of drives should be confirmed when the trip is quoted.
