Nature-loving people can select this itinerary without any hesitation because this will complete their needs. Starting from Shillong towards Kaziranga forest & then finish in Guwahati will complete your tour with a smile.

Itinerary Details

Day 1 :Arrive Guwahati – Shillong (110 kms / approx. 3 hours)

In time arrive at Guwahati international airport where the Tusk Travel representative will welcome you & hand over travel-related documents.

Later drive to Shillong – it’s the capital of Meghalaya & known as Scotland of the East. On the way visit Umium Lake.

On arrival check in at the hotel. Evening free at leisure.

Day 2 :Shillong – Cherrapunjee – Shillong (60 kms / approx. 2 hours each way)

The morning after breakfast proceed for an excursion tour to Cherrapunji.

On arrival visit Seven Sister Falls, Dainthlen Waterfalls, Nahkhalikai Falls, Mwasmai Cave, and Eco Park. Later return back to Shillong.

En route visit Shillong Peak & Elephant Falls. Evening free at leisure.

Day 3 :Shillong – Kaziranga (320 kms / approx. 7 hours)

The morning after breakfast drive to Kaziranga. Kaziranga National Park is a world heritage site famous for the Great Indian One Horned Rhinoceros.

Apart from this Kaziranga has also a good number of Elephants, Wild Water Buffalo, and Swamp Deer. Relax in the forest atmosphere.

Day 4 :Kaziranga

Early morning elephant ride at the park & return to the hotel for breakfast. Later Jeep Safari in the Central Range of the park. Evening free for leisure on your own.

Day 5 :Kaziranga – Guwahati (230 kms / approx. 4-5 hours)

Morning drive to Guwahati. Guwahati also called the gateway of the Northeast. Guwahati has several things to explore especially river cruise, temples, Bramhaputra River, etc.

On arrival check in at the hotel.

Day 6 :Guwahati Sightseeing

Early morning after breakfast visit Kamakhya Temple - The temple is dedicated to the goddess Kamakhya an incarnation of Sati.

Also visit Balaji Temple, Umananda temple, Navagraha temple & state Zoo. Evening enjoys a cruise at Bramhaputra River.

Day 7 :Guwahati Departure

Morning after breakfast transfer to the airport to board on your onward destinations flight with happy memories of your tour with us.
