Detailed Itinerary
Meet your driver in Guwahati and begin the road journey east towards Kaziranga National Park.
Travel through the Assam plains, passing towns, agricultural areas and stretches of countryside along the way.
On arrival in Kaziranga, check in at your hotel or wildlife lodge and rest.
If time permits, enjoy a short local orientation around the park-side area without adding a rushed safari.
Safari timing and permit details for the following day should be confirmed according to current forest-department arrangements.
Overnight stay in Kaziranga.
Begin the day with your scheduled morning safari inside Kaziranga National Park.
Explore the assigned park range by authorised safari vehicle according to the permits issued for the day.
Kaziranga’s grasslands, wetlands and woodland support one-horned rhinoceros, wild buffalo, elephants, deer and a wide range of birds, but sightings of any particular species are never guaranteed.
Return to your lodge for breakfast or rest according to the safari schedule.
Later, take a second safari in the afternoon if confirmed. The range may differ depending on permit allocation and park operations.
Return to the hotel by evening and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

After breakfast, check out from Kaziranga and drive towards Jorhat.
