This compact itinerary is ideal for travellers who want a short but varied Rajasthan route. Jaipur introduces the grandeur of the Kachwaha rulers, Bikaner offers fortified palaces and desert culture, while Jodhpur brings the dramatic Marwar landscape, blue-painted neighbourhoods and one of India's most impressive hill forts.
The route moves logically across Rajasthan and gives each destination a clear identity. Rather than repeating similar sightseeing, the journey combines different fort styles, market experiences and regional traditions across Jaipur, Bikaner and Jodhpur.

Detailed Itinerary
Arrive in Jaipur, where you will be met at the airport or railway station and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, take some time to relax before beginning your introduction to Rajasthan's historic capital.
Depending on your arrival time, take an orientation drive through the old Pink City and stop near Hawa Mahal, one of Jaipur's most recognisable monuments.
Later, explore the traditional bazaars around the old city, where shops sell jewellery, textiles, block-printed fabrics, handicrafts and other Rajasthani products.
Overnight stay in Jaipur.
After breakfast, begin a full-day sightseeing tour with Amber Fort, the impressive hilltop fortress associated with Jaipur's earlier Rajput rulers.
Explore the fort's gateways, courtyards, audience halls and royal apartments, then return towards the city with a photo stop near Jal Mahal.
Continue to the City Palace and nearby Jantar Mantar, the eighteenth-century astronomical observatory.
Later, return to the old city for a closer look at Hawa Mahal and the surrounding market streets before returning to the hotel.

After breakfast, check out from the Jaipur hotel and begin the road journey towards Bikaner, a historic city on the edge of the Thar Desert.
The drive passes through northern Rajasthan, with the scenery becoming progressively drier as you approach Bikaner.
On arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to relax. Depending on arrival time, begin with an orientation walk through the old city or explore local market areas.
Bikaner developed as an important fortified trading centre and is known for red sandstone architecture, merchant houses, temples, traditional snacks and desert culture.

After breakfast, begin sightseeing with Junagarh Fort, one of Rajasthan's most impressive fortified palace complexes.
Unlike many Rajput forts built on hills, Junagarh stands on the plains and contains richly decorated courtyards, royal apartments, audience halls and museum collections.
Depending on time, continue with a short visit to Bikaner's old city or another local landmark before leaving for Jodhpur.
On arrival in Jodhpur, check in at your hotel. If time permits, enjoy an evening walk around the Clock Tower and Sardar Market, known for spices, textiles, handicrafts and local food stalls.

After breakfast, begin your Jodhpur sightseeing with Mehrangarh Fort, one of Rajasthan's most dramatic hill forts.
Explore the fort's massive gateways, courtyards, palace rooms and museum collections while enjoying panoramic views over Jodhpur's blue-painted old city.
Continue to Jaswant Thada, an elegant marble memorial, and later explore the old-city lanes around Sardar Market if your departure schedule allows.
At the appropriate time, transfer to Jodhpur Airport or railway station for your onward journey.
