This compact itinerary is ideal for travellers who want to combine Jaipur's major heritage attractions with the smaller historic towns of south-eastern Rajasthan. Bundi offers painted palaces, narrow lanes and traditional water architecture, while Kota adds another layer of regional history along the Chambal River.

Detailed Itinerary
Meet your driver in Delhi and begin the road journey to Jaipur, Rajasthan's historic capital and the first stop on this five-day journey.
On arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to relax. Depending on arrival time, enjoy an orientation drive through the Pink City.
Stop near Hawa Mahal and explore the market streets around Johari Bazaar or Bapu Bazaar, known for jewellery, textiles, handicrafts and traditional Rajasthani products.
Overnight stay in Jaipur.
After breakfast, begin the day with selected Jaipur sightseeing according to available time before continuing towards Bundi.
Visit Amber Fort, the impressive hilltop fortress associated with Jaipur's earlier Rajput rulers. Explore its gateways, courtyards and royal apartments.
Later, leave Jaipur and drive towards Bundi, a smaller historic town known for its palace, blue-painted neighbourhoods and traditional stepwells.
On arrival, check in at your hotel and enjoy a relaxed evening in the old town.
Overnight stay in Bundi.
After breakfast, spend a full day exploring Bundi's historic centre and surrounding heritage attractions.
Visit Garh Palace, set beneath Taragarh Fort and known for its courtyards, gateways and surviving wall paintings.
Continue through the old town and visit one of Bundi's well-known stepwells, which reflect the region's traditional water-management architecture.
Walk through the narrow lanes, local market areas and blue-painted residential neighbourhoods that give Bundi a very different atmosphere from Rajasthan's larger cities.
Depending on time and interests, additional local viewpoints or monuments can be included before returning to your hotel.

After breakfast, check out from the Bundi hotel and drive towards Kota, an important historic city of south-eastern Rajasthan.
On arrival, check in at your hotel and begin exploring the city according to available time.
Visit the historic palace area and experience Kota's regional architecture, museum collections or riverside surroundings depending on the final programme and opening hours.
Later, enjoy time near the Chambal River or explore a local market before returning to your hotel.

Begin the return journey from Kota to Delhi. The exact transfer arrangement can be planned according to your preferred road, rail or onward travel connection.
On arrival in Delhi, transfer to your hotel, airport, railway station or another agreed location.
