Detailed Itinerary
On the day of reaching Guwahati Airport, you will be greeted by our tour representative and later get shifted to your hotel for overnight stay. Spend your whole night at the hotel.
Arrival in Guwahati.
On this day morning, after having delicious breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Kamakhya Temple dedicated to Goddess Kamakhya. It is located on Nilachal hill.
As per Shiva Purana, the yoni or creative organ of Sati fell down when Vishnu cut her body into 51 pieces with Sudarshan Chakra to stop the destructive dance of Lord Shiva.
In the afternoon, travel to Shillong and check in to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Travel to Shillong with Kamakhya Temple visit.
After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Shillong Peak, the highest point in the Meghalaya plateau.
Then drive to Cherrapunji, one of the wettest regions on earth and explore Thangkharang Park and Nohkalikai Falls. Enjoy a scenic view of Bangladesh plains.
Later return back to Shillong for overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Guwahati Airport to catch your onward flight with sweet memories.
