Well Organized Trip
We appreciated our travel designer (Ovijit) was able to customize our trip to add in additional stops and tailor our hotels to what we were looking for.
This 15 Days Grand India Culinary Journey brings together some of India’s most rewarding food destinations in one carefully paced itinerary. The route connects Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Mumbai, Kochi and Thekkady, combining street food, heritage markets, regional meals, home-style cooking, spice traditions and major cultural landmarks.
The journey is designed for inbound travellers who want a broad first experience of Indian cuisine without sacrificing the country’s essential sights. Old Delhi, the Taj Mahal, Jaipur’s forts and palaces, Mumbai’s neighbourhoods, Fort Kochi and Kerala’s spice country all remain central to the route.
North India introduces Mughlai influences, breads, lentils, street-food traditions and Rajasthani home cooking. Mumbai adds a different urban and coastal food identity before Kerala shifts the journey towards coconut, curry leaves, seafood, rice and plantation spices.
Food experiences should remain selective and comfortable. The goal is not to eat continuously, but to understand ingredients, techniques, markets and family food traditions while allowing enough time for sightseeing and travel.
Vegetarian travellers can follow the complete itinerary comfortably. Vegan, seafood-free and milder-spice arrangements can also be planned in advance.
Arrive in Delhi and transfer privately to your hotel. The first day is kept relaxed after your journey.
