Detailed Itinerary
Reach Haridwar railway station in the morning and drive to Barkot through the beautiful Dehradun and Mussoorie. On the way visit Kempty Fall and continue the drive to Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot.
After breakfast, drive to Hanuman Chatti. Take a local jeep ride to Janki Chatti (reducing the trek to 8 kms). Trek 7 kms to Yamunotri on foot, horse, or Doli. At Yamunotri, take a holy dip in Jamunabai Kund and perform Puja. Return to Barkot via Hanuman Chatti. Overnight stay at Barkot.
After breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi, the beautiful Himalayan valley. En route, visit Gangnani for a dip in the hot water spring. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Drive 110 kms to Gangotri in the morning. Take a holy dip in the Ganga river, perform pooja, and relax in the serene surroundings. Lunch at Harsil, then visit Mount Kailash Parvat before returning to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
After an early breakfast, drive towards Guptakashi and reach Rudarprayag for check-in. Overnight stay at Rudarprayag.
Drive to Gaurikund and take a holy dip at Taptakund. Trek 14 kms
to Kedarnath on foot, pony, or Doli. Perform Darshan, Aarti, and
Pooja at Kedarnath Temple. Dinner and overnight stay at
Kedarnath.
Remarks: Helicopter tickets can be booked in
advance to avoid trekking.
After breakfast, drive back to Guptakashi with a stop at Taptakund. Dinner and overnight stay at Guptakashi.
After breakfast, drive to Badrinath. On arrival, take holy Darshan at the temple and visit Mana Village. Dinner and overnight stay at Badrinath.
Early morning Darshan at Badrinath Temple. Later visit Narsingh Temple and Shankaracharya Math at Joshimath. Overnight stay at Joshimath Char Dham Camp.
Early morning visit Narsingh Temple and Shankaracharya Math. Later drive to Rishikesh. Overnight stay at Rishikesh.
After breakfast, visit Lakshman Jhula and other temples at Rishikesh. Drive back to Delhi/Haridwar for your onward journey.
