Jim Corbett National Park established in 1936, named after a British hunter and naturalist Mr. Edward James Corbett, located in Pauri and Nainital district of Uttarakhand. It is one of the oldest tiger reserves in India where travelers can enjoy the natural beauty of the forest and wildlife.
The area of the park will take you on an amazing journey of adventure, where one side you will experience the reserve consists of hills, riverbanks, swampy depressions, lush green grasslands, lakes and on another side thrilling experience of safari by watching Royal Bengal Tigers, Asiatic elephant, Hog Deers, Sambar, Otters, Ghariyal, many more animals and birds. Dhikala zone is one of the dream destinations of wildlife lovers.
After reaching Corbett National park, start drive to the entrance of Dhikala Zone, Dhangarhi Gate of Jim Corbett National Park, forest department check here your IDs and permit for stay.
After entering the Dhikala Zone. Check at forest rest house & later take Lunch.
Then proceed for an evening jeep Safari at Dhikala Forest. Dinner & overnight stay Forest Rest House.
Early morning at 6 A.M start for a morning jeep safari in the dense forest of Dhikala Zone of Corbett tiger reserve, later return back to forest lodge, after breakfast checkout.
Return back with sweet memories of Jim Corbett National park.
