Sikkim is well connected with roads, railways and air. There is easy access to go to Sikkim which makes it an even better tourist destination to visit. By Air

The Bagdogra airport is the nearest airport to Sikkim and Guwahati and West Bengal are very near to it. Almost all Indian flights are functional in this region. To top it, there are also helicopter services available here but which is restricted to weather conditions.

It takes approximately 4 hours if you take a helicopter for your journey to reach Sikkim.

By Rail

New Jalpaiguri and Siliguri are the two most important railway stations which fall on the way. Travelling from Guwahati, you can reach Sikkim faster.

These trains are well connected with major cities so, the connectivity is well done.

By Road

How can you leave out on the roads when they are it so adventurous? There is regular moving of taxis and buses to Sikkim and the rates are quite reasonable.

As it is an interstate travelling, NH 31 is the most used highway to Sikkim. And you simply cannot miss out on the bike trip to Sikkim.
