Arrive at Paro Airport, enjoying breathtaking views of snow-capped Himalayan peaks during descent. After meeting your guide, drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital, passing traditional villages and riverside landscapes.
Later, visit the National Textile Museum, Craft Centre, and Zorig Chusum (Arts & Crafts Institute) to understand Bhutanese weaving, painting, and craftsmanship. Check in at the hotel and relax.
Overnight stay in Thimphu.
After breakfast, explore Thimphu Valley starting with a scenic forest hike to Cheri Monastery. Visit Tashichho Dzong, the administrative and religious heart of Bhutan.
Continue to Pangri Zampa, a historic monastery and astrology school, followed by visits to the National Library, handmade paper factory, Folk Heritage Museum, and the local weekend market (if applicable).
Overnight stay in Thimphu.
Drive to Punakha after breakfast, stopping at Simtokha Dzong, Bhutan’s oldest fortress. Continue to Dochula Pass (3,080 m), offering panoramic Himalayan views and 108 memorial chortens.
En route, visit Chimi Lhakhang, the famous fertility temple associated with Lama Drukpa Kunley. Arrive in Punakha and check in at your hotel.

Visit Punakha Dzong, dramatically located at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers. Later, explore Wangdue Phodrang town and local markets.
In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic walk to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten, offering stunning views of the Punakha Valley and surrounding hills.

After breakfast, drive back to Paro via Dochula Pass. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and enjoy a relaxed afternoon.
Visit Paro Rinpung Dzong, one of Bhutan’s finest examples of traditional architecture, followed by time to explore Paro town and local markets.

Begin the day with the iconic hike to Taktsang Monastery, famously known as Tiger’s Nest. Perched 900 meters above the valley, this sacred site is Bhutan’s most revered landmark.
In the afternoon, visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Bhutan, and explore the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong with views of Mount Jomolhari on clear days.
