Arrive at Paro Airport and meet your guide. Begin a scenic drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital city, set along the Wang Chhu River. On arrival, check in at your hotel and take time to relax after the journey.
The remainder of the day is free to explore nearby areas or simply enjoy the calm atmosphere of the Himalayan capital.

After breakfast, explore Thimphu’s cultural highlights including Tashichho Dzong, the seat of Bhutan’s government and monastic body. Continue to the National Library, Arts & Crafts School, Folk Heritage Museum, and Memorial Chorten.
In the afternoon, drive to Punakha crossing the scenic Dochula Pass (3,080 m), known for its 108 chortens and Himalayan views on clear days. Arrive in Punakha and check in at your hotel.

Begin the day with a visit to Punakha Dzong, one of Bhutan’s most beautiful fortresses, located at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers. This dzong plays a key role in Bhutanese history and religion.
Continue toward Wangdue Phodrang to explore the local market, famous for bamboo crafts and traditional stonework. Later, drive back to Paro with a stop at Simtokha Dzong, the oldest dzong in Bhutan.

After breakfast, begin the hike to Taktsang Monastery, famously known as Tiger’s Nest. Perched dramatically on a cliff, this sacred site is Bhutan’s most iconic landmark. The hike takes around 4–5 hours round trip.
In the afternoon, visit the National Museum housed in Ta Dzong, followed by a walk to Rinpung Dzong, a classic example of Bhutanese architecture overlooking Paro Valley.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Paro Airport for your onward journey. Depart with unforgettable memories of Bhutan’s landscapes, monasteries, and peaceful way of life.
