Arrival at Paro Airport, one of the most scenic mountain airports in the world. After meeting your guide, drive to Thimphu, Bhutan’s charming capital city. Begin sightseeing with a visit to the massive Buddha Dordenma statue offering sweeping views of the valley.
Continue to the Memorial Chorten, a revered site where locals gather for prayer, followed by a visit to the Takin enclosure, home to Bhutan’s national animal. Conclude the Thimphu tour at Tashichho Dzong before returning to Paro.

Early morning start for the highlight of the trip — the hike to Taktsang Monastery, famously known as Tiger’s Nest. Perched dramatically on a cliff, this sacred site offers spiritual depth and breathtaking views. The round hike takes approximately 4–5 hours.
Later, visit the National Museum housed in a historic watchtower, followed by Paro Dzong, a stunning fortress monastery overlooking the river. End the day at Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest and most sacred temples, before exploring Paro town.
Overnight stay in Paro.
If time permits, visit the ruins of Drukyel Dzong, from where the sacred Mount Jomolhari can be seen on clear days. This historic site reflects Bhutan’s victory and heritage.
Later, transfer to Paro Airport for your onward journey or continue by road toward Phuntsholing if departing by land. Your Bhutan tour concludes with serene memories of the Himalayan kingdom.

After fluid and attentive exchange via WhatsApp, we decided to hire private tour.
Our chauffeur Mohan and his expert handling, allowed us to be calm in the middle of the chaotic traffic of the big cities Delhi, Jaipur and Agra.
Of course, the guides of those cities, were correct but not very good, since they provide the information in "autopilot mode "
