Uttarakhand is easily connected by air, railways and roads and it can be visited solo or along with your friends and family. Uttarakhand has a beauty of its own and it cannot be matched with any other hill station of the world.

By Air

There are two domestic airports in Uttarakhand, one being Jolly Grant Airport and other being Patnagar Airport. You can get regular flights from Delhi, Chennai and Bangalore. Indigo, Indian Airlines, etc. are some of the flights which you get.

There are two regions in Himalayan ranges and both the airports serve as a major connection between the North and South.

By Railways

Nainital and Dehradun are the two important destinations in Uttarakhand and railways turn out to be the best way to reach. Kathgodam Railway station is the nearest to Nainital and from here you can take other options for your travelling.

They have well connected with other major cities of India. There are other trains which move from Uttarakhand to other parts.

By Road

Who does not enjoy a road trip?? It is simply the best option to travel and have a lot of fun. There are so many national highways from which you can reach Uttarakhand. Taxi rentals and cabs are available all the time to take you to Uttarakhand.

Buses are also a great option. Delhi is the nearest place to reach Uttarakhand and it takes almost a night to reach.
