Itinerary Details

Day 1 :Arrival in Delhi, India

Upon landing at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, you'll be greeted by your tour guide. After a quick transfer to your hotel, you'll have the afternoon to rest and acclimate to the new time zone.

Day 2 :Delhi Exploration

Start your day with a visit to Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India. In the afternoon, pay your respects at Raj Ghat, the memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi.

Day 3 :Delhi to Jaipur

After breakfast, embark on a 5-6 hour drive to Jaipur, famously known as the Pink City. The journey itself is a feast for the eyes, offering glimpses of the diverse landscapes of India.

Day 4 :Jaipur's Jewels

Your day begins with a trip to the majestic Amber Fort, where you can take an elephant ride to the top. Spend your afternoon exploring the City Palace and its museum.

The day starts with a drive to Agra, which includes a stop at Abhaneri, a 9th-century stepwell, and the ghost town of Fatehpur Sikri.

Witness a breathtaking sunrise at the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. After capturing these unforgettable moments, head back to Delhi.

Day 7 :Kathmandu Awaits

Fly to Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. After settling into your hotel, you have the option to either rest or explore the local markets and eateries.

Day 8 :Kathmandu's Kaleidoscope

Today, you'll visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with temples and palaces. Then, head to Swayambhunath Pagoda, also known as the Monkey Temple.

Day 9 :Spiritual Kathmandu

Dive deeper into Nepal's spiritual culture by visiting the Pashupatinath Temple, a significant Hindu pilgrimage site. Later, explore Boudhanath, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world.

Day 10 :Lhasa Calling

Catch a flight to Lhasa, the capital of Tibet. Spend the rest of the day acclimating to the high altitude.

Day 11 :Lhasa's Landmarks

Visit the awe-inspiring Potala Palace, a marvel of Tibetan architecture. Then, head to Jokhang Temple, the spiritual heart of Tibet.

Day 12 :Monastic Lhasa

Explore Drepung and Sera monasteries, two of the most important monastic universities in Tibet. Witness the unique debating sessions among monks at Sera Monastery.

Day 13 :Back to Kathmandu

Fly back to Kathmandu and spend the day at your leisure. This is a great opportunity to pick up any last-minute souvenirs or explore any sites you may have missed during your first stay.

Day 14 :Paro's Charms

Take a flight to Paro, Bhutan, and begin your exploration with a visit to Rinpung Dzong, a fortress-monastery that serves as a symbol of Bhutanese architecture.

Day 15 :Trek to Taktshang Goemba

Embark on a trek to Taktshang Goemba, also known as the Tiger's Nest. This cliffside monastery offers stunning views and is one of Bhutan's most sacred sites.

Day 16 :Farewell from Paro

On your final day, your guide will escort you to Paro Airport for your onward journey. As you board your flight, you'll carry memories of a diverse and spiritually enriching 16-day journey.
