As per the news reports, a private bus operator, with the help of North Bengal State Transport Corporation (NBSTC), has recently started the Siliguri-Kakarvitta-Kathmandu bus service. Firhad Hakim, the State Transport Minister, was present and officially inaugurated the bus service.<\/p>\n<p>According to reports, the bus will run regularly, starting at the Tenzing Norgay bus terminal at 2 PM. It will travel approximately 615 km before reaching <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tusktravel.com\/nepal\/kathmandu-tours\/\">Kathmandu<\/a> at 7 AM.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets will be around INR 1500 per person. Speaking with media personnel, Mr. Hakim said he was happy to see the NBSTC start the bus service after two years. This will give Nepali and North Bengal tourism a boost, and it will also attract more tourists in the future.
