It is easy to get there by cable car. This cable car station covers 2.8 km. The lower station is located at 258 m above sea level, while the higher point is approximately 1302 m above. The spectacular views of Annapurna Himalayan Ranges and Manaslu are visible from the temple&#8217;s Northside. Around the Manakamana temple is a market. There are shops selling handicrafts, weapons, and restaurants. Manakamana Cable Car Group also operates a restaurant at Manakamana&#8217;s Main Station.<\/p>\n<p>Goddess Bhagawati is the focus of the Manakamana temple. The name<strong> &#8216;Mana&#8217;<\/strong> refers to desires, while <strong>&#8216;Kamana\u2019<\/strong> refers to wishes. It is a wish for the fulfillment of your desires. The belief is that the goddess will fulfill wishes if someone comes to the temple and makes a wish. These 38 gondolas can carry one thousand passengers per hour. It takes approximately 8 minutes to reach Chandragiri&#8217;s top.
