The places should be chosen based on their likelihood of being popular with visitors and must provide unique experiences, he said.<\/p>\n<p>The chief secretary stated, &#8220;Proper location selection and popularisation will attract private investment to the sector, taking the state&#8217;s eco-tourism business to the next level.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He also advised officials to implement necessary safety measures and urged that they adopt a community management approach by incorporating people and providing them with appropriate training.<\/p>\n<p>Hirakud, Mandira, Patora, Deras, and Hadgarh are among the 118 large and small dams in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tusktravel.com\/india\/odisha-tours\/\">Odisha<\/a>. Chilika, Ansupa, Pata, and Kanjia, Hiarkud are some of the state&#8217;s natural lakes.<\/p>\n<p>There are also eight significant river basins, including the Mahanadi, Brahmani, and Baitarani, according to an official.
